Among his many high-profile victories, Mr. Anaipakos helped a client obtain and collect one of the largest patent judgments in U.S. history. He also has won jury trials against some of the largest technology companies in the world; and developed dozens of successful international patent enforcement campaigns. “In a word, he was absolute charm before a jury. If you’ve heard of consumer-friendly, then Demetrios is jury friendly,” one fellow trial lawyer remarked when asked about Mr. Anaipakos’ courtroom skills.

His professional honors include listings in Benchmark Litigation, The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Who’s Who Legal, IAM Patent 1000, IAM Global Leaders, and Texas Super Lawyers, among others. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in Texas and the federal district courts for the District of Utah and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Mr. Anaipakos is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction reserved for only a small percentage of Texas trial lawyers with a high degree of trial experience and expertise. His development of proven patent enforcement campaigns includes work for clients in Germany, China, Japan, Brazil, and the UAE.

Mr. Anaipakos’ high-profile cases and courtroom victories have attracted statewide, national, and international attention, including coverage in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Houston Chronicle, Washington Post, Newsweek, USA Today, and The National Law Journal. In addition, Mr. Anaipakos has appeared on many national television news programs, including Good Morning America, CBS Early Show, NBC Nightly News, CBS Evening News, and the BBC.
