Braddell Brothers LLP is Singapore’s second-oldest independent law practice, founded in 1883 by the sons of the first Attorney-General of Singapore. We have been aptly described as Singapore’s “unique boutique”, with an established reputation as a leading, specialist Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice. Our lawyers appear at all levels of the Singapore courts as well as international arbitrations under the SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and other rules. We also have international reach, being a member of LEGALINK – a global network of over 60 independent law firms comprising more than 3,000 legal professionals. As a ‘pure’ disputes practice, we very rarely have any conflicts of interests; we are able to act against financial institutions, massive multinationals and even States, in contrast to many large, international firms.
