Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes is a premier litigation and trial firm with deep expertise in complex commercial disputes, employment and trade secrets litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and white-collar defense and investigations. Our litigation practice is split between plaintiff and defense work, giving us a holistic, strategic view of the litigation landscape that we bring to every case.
Glenn Agre handles high-stakes matters including investment disputes, busted M&A deals, credit and fund litigation, trade secrets litigation, professional malpractice actions, liability management exercises, and contested bankruptcies. These are the complex, contentious situations where we thrive, turning thorny factual records into compelling narratives, developing creative strategies that reshape a case's trajectory, and finding paths to outsized results that other firms don't see.
