Founded in 1997, Hai Run Law Firm is one of the first partnership law firms in China. It was formerly known as Beijing Hai Run Law Firm and renamed as Hai Run Law Firm after merger with Beijing Tian Rui Law Firm.

Hai Run is headquartered in Beijing’s CBD. The Beijing office occupies over 7,000m and has 700+ professionals. Our lawyers are all graduates from top domestic and foreign law schools and boast extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Many of them serve as experts at industrial associations, arbitration tribunals and top-notch universities and colleges.
