The firm is representing Wieden + Kennedy India Private Limited in the enforcement of its copyright against Jindal Steel & Power Limited, that launched an ad campaign, "Steel of India", using W+K’s copyrighted works that were shared with Jindal Steel & Power Limited, in the form of concepts, presentations, scratch films, etc., and has obtained a favourable order before by the Delhi High Court that has found that prima facie, the "Steel of India" campaign is substantially similar to that of our client's copyrighted works.

The Firm is representing two journalists (of the UK-based Financial Times) in a criminal writ petition before the Supreme Court of India. The petition seeks to quash a police notice issued by the Crime Branch, Ahmedabad to the two journalists calling them to appear in person in connection with a preliminary inquiry into an article pertaining to the Adani Group of Companies published by the Financial Times. The Firm successfully secured interim relief for the two journalists, and the case is presently under review before the Supreme Court of India.
