Bridget Gilbride is a litigator in Fasken’s Vancouver office specializing in Indigenous and environmental law. Her clients are primarily in the energy, mining and transportation sector. Bridget is a trusted advisor to these clients, assisting them navigate through provincial and federal project approval processes, environmental compliance, and advising them on relationships with Indigenous nations. She also represents her clients in regulatory hearings and in court, when necessary.
Bridget has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia and the Federal Court, at the Yukon Supreme Court, before administrative tribunals including the Environmental Appeal Board, and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
