In 2021, Ms. Levin was again named Litigator of the Week by The American Lawyer Litigation Daily after serving as lead trial counsel in a complete victory for T-Mobile in a breach of contract dispute against Cox Communications before the Delaware Court of Chancery. In 2021, Ms. Levin was also featured in The American Lawyer Litigation Daily as a Litigation Leader and was named among The American Lawyer's 2021 Northeast Trailblazers. In the past five years alone, she secured three major victories for clients at trial. In 2022, she achieved a complete victory for Reckitt Benckiser following a four-week jury trial in the District of New Jersey, where plaintiff Absorption Pharmaceuticals sought $454 million in damages for alleged fraud and misappropriation of trade secrets. In 2021, she served as lead trial counsel in a complete victory for T-Mobile in a breach of contract dispute against Cox Communications before the Delaware Court of Chancery. And in 2020, she won a resounding victory for clients T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom in a landmark antitrust trial in the Southern District of New York in which 14 Attorneys General attempted to enjoin the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint.
