Stephen Berezowskyj

Steve Berezowskyj is Counsel and Co-Chair of our Construction and Infrastructure Law Group. His litigation and dispute resolution practice focuses on insurance defence and construction related disputes. 

Steve regularly defends design professionals, contractors in various construction defect, warranty and general liability claims and provides advice to insurers on coverage. He also advises on procurement, builders’ liens and claims for extras and delay. 

Steve acts as a fairness advisor and monitor for a range of public procurement projects.
