He has also particular interest in information and technology sector and provides specialised advice to entrepreneurs, investors and innovative companies.

  • Represented a local company which has the exclusive right for public transportation in regular routes all over Paphos District), its directors and shareholders and other affiliated companies, in the context of a post-judgment Freezing and Chabra Order application, prohibiting the alienation of approximately 14 million Euros. 
  • Represented a corporate service provider acting as a nominee director in a claim filed against them, for alleged negligence and breach of fiduciary duties.
  • Provided expert opinion in the context of a very high-profile cross border case currently pending before the Commercial Court of the UK
  • Represented a corporate service provider in a Disclosure Order application filed by creditors of the company
  • Representation of a Trustee in a Disclosure Order application filed against the current and ex-trustees of an international trust
  • Represented an ex director and now creditor of a Cyprus company in winding-up proceedings against his ex-employers.
