Alex Hagan is the firm’s managing partner and chief executive officer and also serves as the head of the management committee. Previously, he served as head of the trial and litigation group for 10 years. Alex’s practice includes product liability defense, as well as the defense of academic institutions, religious organizations, and health care providers. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience, representing software manufacturers, retail chains, and other product manufacturers in contract, trademark, and employment disputes. Alex has considerable jury trial experience in tort and commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
