Barry Crump

Barry is a Partner at BD&P and a seasoned litigator whose practice involves advising clients on a wide range of litigation including commercial, energy, securities, and tax and insolvency matters. 

Barry has been primary counsel in over 75 reported decisions before the Alberta Courts, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
