Bernard Amyot, Ad. E., is a founding partner of the firm and a leading figure in civil and commercial litigation, with more than 35 years of experience. He has appeared before all Québec courts, as well as the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, representing major Canadian financial institutions and corporations in high‑stakes disputes.

He has acted as lead counsel in numerous class actions involving multi‑jurisdictional and cross‑border issues. His practice also includes professional liability defence for lawyers, securities brokers, insurance brokers, engineers, and accountants, as well as shareholder disputes. He is frequently retained as an arbitrator and mediator in complex commercial matters.

Mr. Amyot is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers.
