Benchmark Litigation is proud to celebrate the 2023 edition of the Canadian Top 100 Women in Litigation.
Over the years, this list has grown from 25 to 50 to its present status of 100, a positive and encouraging trend that certainly comments on the growing number of female practitioners increasingly leaving their indelible stamps on the Canadian legal market.
The extensive research process used in the creation of Benchmark Canada’s Top 100 Women in Litigation 2023 involves months of investigation into individual litigators’ professional activities and has culminated in the selection of the most distinguished women in the world of litigation. Though they hail from widely different practice areas, as well as geography, they all share the distinction of being recognized as top players in their respective fields.
