Clark Hill has hired a new white collar crime and government investigations specialist in Washington, DC.
Russell Duncan, the former chair of Shulman Roger's white collar, SEC enforcement, and government investigations group and deputy chair of the litigation department, joins his new firm as part of the litigation business unit.
Duncan acts for public company executives, accounting professionals and firms, broker-dealers and financial advisors in relation to government investigations and litigation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
