Drew & Napier welcomes back Siraj Omar SC as equity director with his 7 member team from RPC Premier Law, including director See Chern Yang.
Omar has two decades of experience in complex dispute resolution, with particular expertise in banking and finance disputes, corporate/commercial litigation and insolvency and restructuring cases. He has an active trial and appellate practice at all levels of the courts in Singapore, and also regularly appears in international arbitrations both as counsel and arbitrator.
He has been appointed to be Senior Counsel by the Chief Justice of Singapore in January 2019.
Omar began his career at Drew & Napier in 1997 before leaving in 2002 to join the corporate practice of RPC.
