Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has hired three new partners in Philadelphia and New York.
Andrew Schwartz, Lawrence Bartel and Lori Quinn will join the firm’s commercial litigation, professional liability defence, bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors rights practice groups. Bartel will additionally be a member of the employment law practice group and Quinn will also be part of the maritime and product and general liability practice groups.
The three new partners were hired from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin. Schwartz and Bartel will join the firm’s Philadelphia office and Quinn will join the firm’s New York office.
Schwartz’ practice is focused on professional liability with an emphasis on creditors rights defence, defamation and privacy issues, business and commercial law and legal malpractice matters.
Bartel focuses on consumer financial services litigation and compliance. He also has experience in the defence of civil rights, employment, municipal liability and school claims law.
Quinn focuses her practice on professional liability with an emphasis on creditors rights defence cases under the Fair Debt Practices Collections Act.
