King & Spalding has hired a new healthcare focused partner in San Francisco.
Zuzana Ikels joins the healthcare team from Hooper Lundy & Bookman. She focuses her practice on fraud and abuse litigation and commercial disputes for healthcare entities and healthcare technology companies.
Previously Ikels has handled cases brought under the federal False Claims Act and other federal fraud and abuse statutes. She has also handles cases involving state law-based fraud and abuse statutes such as the California False Claims Act and the Insurance Frauds Prevention Act.
She has also handled complex disputes and class actions involving federal and state competition, consumer protection statutes and other privacy-related laws.
