DWF has hired a new regulatory partner in London from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC).

Richard Burger joins DWF to strengthen the London regulatory, compliance and investigations team. Burger has represented clients in investigations by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and was a former regulatory enforcement lawyer for the Financial Services Authority (FSA). His recent case work includes representing a client in a bribery and corruption investigation and advising in a private prosecution case, representing senior tax advisors.

Burger’s addition to the firm adds to the firm’s partner growth as DWF reports more than 35 partners have been recruited as part of the firm’s international expansion.
