Elizabeth Brandon joins the firm in its global commercial disputes team from Barnes & Thornburg.
Brandon defends corporations and executives in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts in Texas, California, Delaware, New York and other jurisdictions.
She acts in sectors such as energy, construction, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, and transport and has acted for the likes of Targa Resources, Eli Lilly and Toyota.
Reed Smith opened its Dallas office earlier this year in May and also includes disputes partners Mark Johansen and co-office managing partner Brian Mitchell.
