Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow has hired two new partners to strengthen its Singaporean capital market and dispute resolution practices.

Kenny Kwan joins the firm from Drew & Napier where he worked as a director and head of the capital markets practice. He focuses on capital markets, general corporate matters and M&A. He brings over 20 years’ experience to the firm.

Apart from the hire of Kwan, the firm has also hired Ashish Chugh from K&L Gates where he worked as a partner. He focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment treaty and cross-border commercial disputes. His dispute resolution practices have a particular focus on engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors as well as transportation.
