Dentons has hired a new partner in Calgary.
Sean Fairhurst joins the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution group from MLT Aikins. Fairhurst is an experienced litigator and he will be focusing his practice on commercial and employment litigation acting for client ranging from family-held businesses to large multinational corporations.
He has represented clients before all levels of the Alberta Courts, the Superior Court of Ontario and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as a various regulatory and arbitral tribunals.
