Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has hired a new partner in San Francisco.
Joshua Lerner joins the firm from Durie Tangri where he was also a partner. Lerner has previously advised technology companies on complex commercial litigation, Lerner’s practice covers class actions, intellectual property, trade secrets, breach of contract and founder disputes.
