Greenberg Traurig has hired a new shareholder in Dallas.
Daniel Elms joins the firm’s global litigation practice from Bell Nunnally & Martin. Elms has experience assisting clients with business litigation and arbitration which includes risk assessment, pre-trial litigation strategy and discovery and trial and post-trial proceedings. Elms also has further experience in first-chair trials including jury, non-jury and injunction matters.
