Harneys has hired a new disputes partner in Hong Kong to add its litigation, insolvency and restructuring practices in Asia.
Andrew Johnstone joins the firm from Holman Fenwick Willan. He focuses on litigation, insolvency and restructuring including fraud, asset tracing and shareholder disputes. He has experience in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India and Pakistan.
The move brings the firm’s Asia litigation team numbers to 32.
