His experience includes civil and commercial disputes involving insolvency, banking, company, trusts and estates, and real estate matters. So represents on regulatory matters as well, including criminal investigations by regulators and authorities such as the Commercial Crime Bureau, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, and the Securities and Futures Commission. He also represents on criminal prosecutions.
