Jackson Lewis has opened a new office in San Jose, it’s 60th, through the hire of a labor and employment litigator.
Neda Dal Cielo joins from Littler Mendelson. She focuses her practice on defending employers against allegations of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour and other claims from employment disputes.
Previously Dal Cielo has represented clients in arbitration and mediation, assisted with investigations and provided compliance counselling. She has also advised clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Business and Professions Code, employee terminations, litigation avoidance, reductions in force, workplace violence, trade secrets and unfair competition and drug and alcohol testing in the workplace.
