McGuire Woods has hired a new partner in Houston.
Eric Schlichter joins the firm from Winston & Strawn. Previously Schlichter has served as lead counsel in cases involving oil and gas drilling technology, environmental protection equipment, consumer electronics and e-commerce.
Schlichter has also served as counsel for clients regarding intellectual property enforcement and procurement, litigation strategy and due diligence investigations in the M&A space.
He has experience in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
