Ogletree Deakins has hired a new labor and employment lawyer in Irvine, Orange Country, California.
Jenny Wang joins the firm from Hinshaw & Culbertson and has over 20 years experience. She focuses on defending employers and insurers in ERISA-governed benefits litigation, including employee claims for long-term disability benefits under employer-sponsored benefit plans and claims of alleged abuse of discretion afforded to ERISA plan fiduciaries.
She also acts on litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts within the Ninth Circuit on matters involving first-party claims for breach of insurance contracts, bad faith, unfair competition, and fraud.
