Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr has hired two new lawyers in its Pittsburgh office.

Partner Joseph (Joe) Valenti and associate Allison Burdette join th firm from K&L Gates.

The duo represent entities and individuals during investigation and litigation of white collar criminal and civil matters, including providing courtroom defense in federal and state courts.

Valenti also handles cases involving the False Claims Act (FCA) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The pair also handle internal investigations for corporate clients. 

In addition to her core practice Burdette also acts for energy clients, while Valenti acts in cases involving free speech, copyrights, trademarks, advertising, cybersecurity, data privacy and commercial litigation.
