Sayenko Kharenko has confirmed merger negotiations with boutique firm Yevgeniy Solodko in Ukraine. The merger will add greater depth to Sayenko’s criminal law practice.
The criminal law practice handles disputes including tax evasion, corruption charges and corporate fraud.
The merger will allow boutique firm Yevegniy to be part of a large well-known Ukrainian firm and provide more opportunities for growth.
