Vinson & Elkins has hired a new counsel in New York.
Jose Sanchez focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Previously Sanchez has handled cross-border litigation matters before state and federal district appellate courts with a focus on the enforcement of arbitration and forum selection clauses, choice of law clauses, foreign judgements and arbitration awards in the Second and Fifth Circuits.
Sanchez has also been an arbitrator in cases handled by the ICC and other institutions.
