WilmerHale has rehired two partners in the Washington DC.
Daniel Gallagher joins as the deputy partner of the firm’s securities department. Gallagher focuses his practice on advising corporate boards and management on the legal and strategic issues that they face, advising financial services and accounting firms in investigations, regulatory proceedings and policy matters.
Lucas Moskowitz specialises in representing corporations and individuals that are facing complex government investigations, enforcement actions, litigation and legislative enquiries. He also has experience representing advising corporations on a range of regulatory and policy matters.
