Adam Spicer regularly tries high-stakes cases involving complex scientific, medical, regulatory, and reputational issues in some of the country’s most difficult jurisdictions. He has been recognized for his trial work by such publications as Chambers USA, Legal 500, Law360, and others. Adam focuses his practice on representing pharmaceutical, medical device, agricultural, and chemical manufacturers in both mass tort and single plaintiff cases throughout the country. He also has significant experience representing pharmaceutical and medical device clients in state Attorneys General actions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Spicer served on active duty in the United States Navy from 1998-2002. He received Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, a Navy Letter of Commendation, and Navy Sea Service Awards.
