Case highlights for the firm include representing Budapest Airport against Air Berlin in a dispute regarding airport traffic charges. The dispute resolution team at Dentons in Hungary has experience in managing complex cross-border disputes, representing corporate clients and appearing before labour courts in relation to employment disputes. István Réczicza is the head of the firm’s practice. Lilla Király is another key name in the firm primarily focusing on civil procedure cases which includes alternative dispute resolution and court proceedings.
During the research period the firm advised ENGIE in their investment protection claim. The claim aimed to reduce the negative effects of government measures that had been recently introduced. These measures were harmful tariff regulations which affected the subsidiary of the client.

Case highlights for the firm include representing a client in a lawsuit against an investment company. They also represented another client as a plaintiff in a lawsuit against an insurance company regarding the payment of the costs of repair under an insurance contract where the insurer refused to perform reimbursement to the client. The firm represented MAVIR as a claimant against an electricity distribution systems operator.
