Clients include a variety of national and international companies, such as Bank Mega and Siemens Indonesia. The disputes team is led by partners Bobby Christianto Manurung, Bosni Gondo Wibowo and Febryan Yusuf.
One key representation in the past year saw the team assisting Mastersteel Manufactory as creditors to recover US$70 million in debt from nearly 50 debtors. The team orchestrated legal strategies to seize assets and file disputes against the defaulters.
