Beauchamps is active in dispute resolution. The firm’s litigation and dispute resolution team is comprised of seven partners and 14 lawyers. Emma Keegan is the head of the firm’s dispute resolution department. Other key names include Barry Cahir, Mark Heslin, Claire Callanan and Thomas O’Dwyer. Keegan and Cahir led the majority of cases during the research period. Case highlights include acting for Ulster Bank Ireland DAC in High Court proceedings by Royal London Insurance Society. The case related to alleged fraudulent transfers from a pension fund.

Thomas O’Dwyer was the lead partner on a case where the firm represented IDA Ireland, the states leading foreign direct investment agency responsible for the Irish economy. The case related to a multi-million euro dispute with a contractor.
