The client delivered forklifts to Waberer’s with clamps that had been ordered under the instruction of Waberer’s. The clamps failed to match their purpose leading to Waberer’s setting off damage claims against Toyota. The firm also represented Turkish airlines in a legal dispute that was initiated by passengers claiming for compensation from the client. During the research period the firm represented a private client in a dispute regarding the reclassification of the repayment of the owner’s loans by the tax authority which was challenged by the client.
