In commercial and transactions, the firm is currently representing China Huarong Asset Management Beijing Branch in 11 litigation and enforcement cases involving disputes over recourse of non-performing financial claims. These cases encompass disputes related to non-performing financial claims, loan contracts, and enforcement. Each case involves disputed amounts exceeding Rmb200 million ($27.6 million), with the highest disputed amount nearing Rmb600 million. The firm has actively engaged in reconciliation and communication with the defendants on behalf of the client. In four cases, the firm successfully obtained consent judgments through court mediation procedures and subsequently initiated enforcement procedures based on these judgments. In two cases, the firm assisted Huarong Beijing Branch in obtaining notarisations and applied for enforcement based on notarisations issued by notary offices. In the remaining cases, the firm represented Huarong Beijing Branch in attending the hearings, actively communicated with the judges, and is currently awaiting the court's issuance of judgments.
