Hai Run Tian Rui Law Firm (Hereinafter referred to as “Hai Run Law Firm”), formerly known as Hairun Law Firm, was founded in 1997 and merged with Tianrui Law Firm in 2017. After more than 20 years of accumulation, great progress has been made, and it has developed rapidly after the merger. Acting for the non-performing loan litigation of "Dongzhimen Comprehensive Transportation Hub·Donghua International Plaza" of the Business Department of Agricultural Bank of China - the "First National Case", which was the largest loan amount to a single customer and the largest one-time recovery amount (3.064 billion yuan) case at that time.
