Selvam LLC is a leading Singapore corporate finance and dispute resolution practice. Our lawyers have deep experience in Singapore law and have established a solid reputation in the field of litigation. Selvam LLC is the local law entity of the joint law venture known as Duane Morris & Selvam LLP. It primarily undertakes Singapore law matters including disputes, employment law, real estate, and estates law.

Our dispute resolution practice consists of an array of contentious work. We act in litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) and mediation matters for clients across a breadth of industries with a key focus on general commercial disputes, construction, and anti-bribery and white-collar crimes. Our practice also covers international disputes with a particular focus on disputes involving Vietnam and Myanmar. We regularly represent major Korean and Japanese construction companies with operations in Singapore and our lawyers have extensive experience dealing with matters concerning Latin America.
