Binder Grösswang provided comprehensive advice to Rosenbauer International AG (Rosenbauer) on the successful implementation of a capital increase of EUR 119 million and the entry of Robau Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH (Robau) as a new majority shareholder. The listing of the new shares on June 6, 2025 marked the successful conclusion of the transaction.
