AKD practices all areas of dispute resolution and over the past 12 months has grown its work in financial litigation. Patrick Haas leads the firm’s dispute resolution team. Other notable names in the firm include Winfried van den Muijsenbergh and Erik Koster.

The firm represented TomTom in civil court proceedings against a large competitor in the US. The case related to the delivery of multiple data products and New York law.

Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh practices a wide range of dispute resolution practice areas and focuses on high profile commercial disputes. The firm consists of four partners and nine lawyers. The firm regularly advises clients on shareholders disputes and insolvency disputes.

During the research period the firm acted for Eneco, an electricity and gas company in a conflict with one of its shareholders, Greenchoice. Another case highlight saw the firm act for BB capital, a Dutch private equity firm in a bankruptcy dispute.
