The biggest difficulty in the case is how to prove that the opposing parties constitutes a personality confusion, so that they can bear joint and several liabilities.

During the research period, the team represented one of the largest securities companies in Shaanxi province in a pledged securities repurchase dispute. In addition, the firm represented a bank in a case of execution objection filed by the owners of real estate property. The litigation involved weighing the rights and interests of the bank, the developer and the owners of the real estate property. The stepping in of the owners of the real estate property made it difficult to realise the bank's priority right to receive the mortgage. Therefore, during the retrial, the court dismissed the objection of the owners of the real estate property and helped the client win the case.

In construction engineering and real estate, the firm helped clients resolve cases including disputes over land use right transfer contracts, construction contract disputes, and housing sale and purchase disputes, demonstrating the team's professionalism.
