Brandon Lewis is a partner in the Dallas office of Reid Collins & Tsai LLP. Brandon is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex business litigation, where disputes often involve financial frauds, fiduciary breaches, and professional malpractice. He has represented businesses, trustees, hedge funds, creditor committees, and others in state and federal courts nationwide. He also has significant experience litigating fraudulent transfers and other insolvency matters in the bankruptcy arena. In 2024, Lawdragon named Brandon to its Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation, and in 2025, Lawdragon named Brandon to its list of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers in America.  Brandon has also been repeatedly named a “Rising Star” in Business Litigation by Texas Monthly and appeared on Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List.” Brandon’s pro bono work includes securing the acquittal of a San Antonio ISD school board member indicted on federal bribery and public corruption charges and securing the dismissal of a civil lawsuit brought against a Dallas ISD employee. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Brandon has written articles concerning insolvency and other bankruptcy litigation topics that have been featured in various publications.

  • Representation of the Near Intelligence, Inc., et al. Litigation Trust in prosecuting fraudulent conveyance, breach-of-fiduciary-duty, and misrepresentation claims against former insiders and an outside audit firm.

  • Representation of the Medley LLC Litigation Trust in prosecuting fraudulent conveyance and breach-of fiduciary-duty claims against former insiders.

  • Representation of the Adeptus Litigation Trust against former officers, directors, and controlling shareholders of Adeptus Health, Inc., a former publicly traded company that once operated the largest network of freestanding emergency rooms in the country, in prosecuting claims in Texas and Delaware related to Adeptus’s 2017 collapse.

  • Representation of the trustee of the post-confirmation litigation trust for World Marketing Chicago, LLC and its affiliate debtors in prosecuting legal malpractice claims. See Newman v. Crane, Heyman, Simon, Welch & Clar, 590 B.R. 457 (N.D. Ill. 2018).

  • Representation of the trustee of the post-confirmation litigation trust for Neogenix Oncology, Inc., a former publicly reporting biotechnology company, in prosecuting claims for breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice related to Neogenix’s collapse. See Neogenix Oncology, Inc. v. Gordon, 133 F. Supp. 3d 539 (E.D.N.Y. 2015).
