Catherine Galardo focuses her practice on labour law in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
She has experience in collective bargaining and assists with a range of matters, including collective agreement interpretation and application, disciplinary management, psychological harassment complaints, and claims for dismissal without good and sufficient cause. Catherine is also interested in various human rights issues. She has the pleasure of serving a diverse clientele that includes several private schools and school service centres.
In 2015, Catherine participated in the initial committee on the remuneration of criminal and penal prosecuting attorneys in Québec, struck pursuant to the Act respecting the process for determining the remuneration of criminal and penal prosecuting attorneys and respecting their collective bargaining plan.
Catherine is also a certified human resources professional and is frequently called upon to give opinions and strategic advice on organizational issues. She is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
