Gabriel is a litigator specialized in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, with notable experience in real estate litigation and shareholder disputes. He also has a breadth of experience in matters of professional liability, estate litigation and labour disputes.
 
Gabriel joined KRB in 2017 after having gained substantial litigation experience with a reputable Montreal boutique corporate firm. From the start of his practice, his work has been oriented towards adopting entrepreneurial and cost-effective approaches to settling disputes.
 
Recognized as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation Canada in 2024, Gabriel frequently pleads before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, administrative tribunals, various municipal courts, appellate courts and in the context of arbitration. He has particular experience pleading before the Commercial Division of the Superior Court for shareholder oppression remedies.
 
In 2015, Gabriel acted as lead counsel in presenting an appeal before the Supreme Court of Canada and successfully overturned a Quebec Court of Appeal ruling in a real estate dispute.
