Gabriel is a Montreal attorney specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, with a significant real estate litigation practice. He frequently represents business clients involved in complex contract, real estate, shareholder, and post-closing disputes. Gabriel has experience pleading before civil courts and administrative tribunals at trial and appellate levels, including before the Quebec Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.
In addition to chairing an active litigation group, Gabriel is a lecturer of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal. Having been highly implicated with the Barreau de Montréal throughout his legal career, he is currently a member of the Liaison Committee of the Commercial Division (Superior Court).
