Jamie Wine is one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She has deep experience in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and SEC and other regulatory matters. Her recent wins include a trial victory in Delaware Chancery Court for Scilex Pharmaceuticals in a breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets case; prevailing in an arbitration for John Paul Mitchell Systems in a several hundred million dollar contract dispute; the dismissal of a highly-publicized defamation lawsuit against Chess.com relating to a grandmaster cheating scandal; and winning US$666 million in a post-M&A dispute for DXC Corporation.
Widely praised for her excellence, Jamie was recognized by The American Lawyer as a finalist for Litigator of the Year in 2020. Benchmark Litigation consistently includes her in its Top 100 Trial Lawyer and Top 250 Women in Litigation lists. Chambers USA recognizes Jamie in both its leading commercial trial lawyer and securities litigator categories. She has been included for several years in Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Lawyers in America list and was named to its 2025 500 Leading Global Entertainment, Sports & Media Lawyers guide and 2023 Legends of the 500. Crain’s New York Business also has recognized Jamie as a Leading Women Lawyer in New York City.
