Jordan is a trial lawyer who handles cases of virtually all types. His trial experience ranges from all types of oil and gas disputes, contract disputes, business tort cases, death cases, high-stakes business divorce cases, real estate disputes, and probate litigation. He has represented industry clients in high-stakes litigation across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana, and Wyoming. Jordan is also frequently engaged by renewable energy companies to negotiate lease agreements and advise on surface ownership and mineral rights issues.
Jordan’s strength lies in distilling factual details into persuasive themes to present to a jury, ultimately making the most complicated cases understandable and the client’s position clear. His litigation skill has been recognized by his peers, including as one of the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2017-2022).
