Ms. Wu Mingxiu graduated from the Law Department of Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in international economic law. From July 1990 to September 2020, he worked at Jiangsu Fade Dongheng Law Firm (formerly known as Jiangsu Nanjing No. 1 Law Firm), successively serving as the director of the real estate department, the deputy director of the law firm and the chief partner (during which he was appointed by the Ministry of Justice to study in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong from May 1995 to July 1996). In October 2020, he joined Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng (Nanjing) Law Firm as a senior partner. He is an outstanding lawyer in Jiangsu Province and one of the top ten lawyers in Nanjing.
Ms. Wu's main practice areas are real estate and construction and related dispute resolution, and he has established and has been leading the real estate team of his practice firm. The team has a market share of more than 50% in Nanjing's real estate legal services market, and the top 100 real estate development companies in China include China Resources Land, China Merchants Real Estate, Poly Real Estate, Jinmao Real Estate, Shimao Real Estate, Agile Real Estate, Yanlord Land, Yincheng Real Estate, CIFI Real Estate, Evergrande Real Estate, Vanke Real Estate, Luneng Real Estate, Greenland Group, COFCO Real Estate, etc. Among them, Yanlord Land has hired Mr. Wu Mingxiu as its perennial legal counsel in Nanjing for 26 years, China Merchants Real Estate for 24 years, and Shimao Real Estate for 16 years.
