Shengjie Zhang has been practicing law for 30 years and has successively practiced in the Hangzhou branch offices of Junan Century, Shanghai Jintiancheng and Beijing Zhonglun, where he served as director and executive director. He is now a senior equity lawyer of Deheng Law Offices (Hangzhou).
